MEET THE TEAM
Tracy Granger brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clinical practice. She obtained her Registered Nursing status in 1983 and went on to acquire an additional post graduate diploma in operating room nursing.
During the 1980’s she worked at Toronto Western hospital in surgical nursing.
Tracy continued her studies as a Registered Massage Therapist and also, graduated from the National Laser Institute in Phoenix, Arizona and acquired a high level of skill in safely and effectively performing a wide variety of laser treatments.
On a personal level, she is very compassionate and values her relationships with others.
She has raised three very successful children and has always led an active athletic lifestyle, trained in classical ballet, competitive gymnastics and ski racing (SOD ski team 1975) and still today.
As a local resident, mother, and practitioner, Lynley is excited to join the team at Couture. Lynley began her career in health and wellness over 20 years ago. After graduating from California Healing Arts College and the Esalen Institute (Big Sur), Lynley practiced massage therapy in the U.S. for a number of years. She then continued her education in Toronto and graduated from the Sutherland-Chan school and teaching clinic in 2005.
Lynley’s interests include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and the overall power of therapeutic touch. Her previous experience with yoga, meditation, and nutritional consulting have also influenced her approach to mental and physical health.
Lynley believes that regular bodywork can act as an effective preventive tool to greatly decrease stress and tension, and to invite our body’s own wisdom to self-heal.
As a lifelong learner, Lynley is currently working towards her Masters of Counselling Psychology.
Lynley is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
